About Us.
PAM® Workers is a team of professionals who use photographic self-portraits as a tool for self-awareness to develop authentic leadership.

Through working with images and facial expressions, we help people see themselves as they truly are, without masks, strengthening the coherence between what they feel, what they think, and what they show.

This coherence is the basis of self-confidence and trust and is the core of psychological security in teams.
When you show the world what you believe in, who you are authentically, you create a desire to work with you, to be a part of what you represent.

The PAM®, Personal Authenticity Map, is a unique method using self generated portraits to help people discover their authentic self image.

The workshop enables us to see how we are perceived by others and helps us connect with new and powerful parts of oursleves.āā
It is based on my many years of experience in portrait photography, latest discoveries as FACS (Facial action coding system) or ETH (Emotion type hypothesis) and it combines visualization techniques and facial asymmetries analisis.

During the workshop people are guided to make auto-portraits and explore how their feelings are captured on camera to become conscious of what people perceive from the outside. Authenticity is measured by the coherence between what you feel inside and what you express outside.
